Tailoring Section
Tailoring a course allows us to change our default presentation and reflect your Corporate BES policies and Voice and Data plans. The cost for this is an additional $1000 and reviewed annually. This allows the users to be informed or reminded of costs involved with the plan your company has chosen with the Carrier and ensure that they are also aware of any BES policies and restrictions and remind them of the proper process to follow regarding helpdesk. This also allows us to make sure we do not empower the users with knowledge you may not want them to know.
