What is the difference between the desktop and the mail icon?
The ‘Messages’ folder is a kind of like a catch all that will show you all emails, texts and messages.
The icon with an envelope is BES related Desktop account
The icon with the globe is specific to each individual email account.
Each email account that you setup will have its own icon in addition to the ‘messages’ icon that is already there. Hope that clears it up!
for years and suddenly I get an error when I try to update to the lasted version. Your BES admin needs to update a policy in order for you to be able to enjoy the newest updates. Beware BES Admins. This is the first time I have seen this. Comments welcome!
