Have you ever been given new hardware or software with little to no training? It drove her crazy and she always felt for the troubled end users who struggled with their new technology. Now, she is able to provide them with the solutions they so desperately wanted. She believes education is key to a positive return on investment and realizing cost savings, but more importantly, a happy employee. Darci is famous for taking scary technology and making it your best friend. Go ahead and ask questions like you are 5 years old and were just plain curious. At Swirl Solutions no question is silly because someone, somewhere is thinking about the same thing as you.
