What is BIS?  BlackBerry Internet Service.   If you forward your email to your device then you are using a BIS account.   You really should understand what you can do with it  and how you logon.  What we find is that sometimes the resellers or carriers advertise that they will set you up to forward your email but what ends up happening is that they set up a carriername.blackberry.net account for you and really do you use that?  Usually you want your business account or personal account, not some new blackberry account.    If you don't understand this process and would like to learn more we are considering offering a FREE webinar on this.   Less than 30 minutes.
